These are the little things that give your day big meaning. That’s why it’s one of the first things I’ll photograph on your wedding day. But before I get them styled in a beautiful flat lay, I’ll need all your precious items in one place—a box.
Could be any kind of box really and it doesn’t even have to be pretty. Yes, even an old shoebox could work or the leftover box of a wedding present you may have peeked at too early.
Below is a list of items you can include. Notice I said can. Feel free to add or subtract from the list based on what fits you!
- All jewelry (engagement ring, wedding rings for both partners, necklaces, earrings, etc.)
- Ring box
- Shoes
- Wedding invitations or save the dates (can also include envelopes, stamps, wax seals)
- Perfume
- Lipstick
- Garters/Handkerchiefs
- Your vows
- Extra flowers
- Hair accessories
- Family heirlooms
- A good hanger for your dress
- Anything other keepsake items
